What Does YOUR Ideal Life Look Like???

What does your ideal life look like?

Close your eyes and take some deep breathes.
Begin to ask your Higher Self, 'What is
my ideal life?'. Allow yourself to visualize
this life as clear as possible. Envision this
life from a limitless perspective, as if
you have no limitations.

Feel the feelings, smell the scents, hear the
people, feel what you touch, etc....

After you have opened your eyes, grab a pen and
I encourage you to write down your ideal
life in as much detail as possible. Write
down your ideal career, your ideal romantic partner,
how you spend your time, what kind of lifestyle
you live, what kind of health and physical shape
you are in, how many children you have and
anything else you can think of.

Write this vision in as much detail you can, express
how you feel and how grateful you are for this
incredible reality.

After you have written your vision, begin to ask
your Higher Self and Spirit Guides how you
can manifest this life as your reality and pay attention
to the inner guidance you get. Recognize you will
need to make some changes that may be scary
or uncomfortable.

Just know that if you take leaps in faith, The All
Loving Universal Source will provide the net to
catch you.

Be Free From Your Hidden Anger and Resentments

Many of us carry hidden resentments, anger
and deep hurt, that we are not even aware of.

Our subconscious mind carries the emotional residue
of hundreds to thousands of single events that have
occurred in our lives along with the many reoccurring
events that continue to show up and prove our belief
systems about people and the world to be true.

Our subconscious feeds our conscious mind and causes
us to feel emotions and take actions based on these
subconscious beliefs.

A lot of times we have anger and resentment for people
that we love. We don't even consciously realize that
we still have these feelings towards these people.
But they are there, behind the scenes, just waiting for
the right trigger to bring them to the forefront. When
this trigger happens they may come forward as an explosion
of rage.

Or maybe they will never be triggered. But the fact is they are
there and they are keeping you from loving fully. They are
keeping you from opening your heart to allow unconditional
love to freely flow through your life. Most people never take
care of this and live their entire life without ever reaching
their fullest capacity to give and receive love.

Most people have a defense mechanism that causes us to
immediately stuff our feelings, when we are hurt, angry or
afraid. We stuff our feelings so we don't look weak or because
we want people to like us, among many many other reasons.

Writing can be a very valuable therapeutic tool to
help you release blocked emotions and protect
yourself from continuing to block emotions.

I highly encourage you to get yourself a notebook or journal
to write in. Not necessarily to write down what you do every
day, unless that's what you feel inspired to do. But to write
down your thoughts and feelings. When you write down your
thoughts and feelings you release them. You free your mind
and body from the pressure of holding them.

Your journal is also great for you to write to the Universe or
God. Write down questions. Anything that you seek clarity
on, write your questions down and the answers will come.
I also encourage you to use your journal to write what you
are grateful for, what you are happy about, what you have
done well, affirmations and your intentions that you intend
to manifest
in your life.

Make writing in your journal a daily habit and you WILL see your life transform into the life that you want to create.

Another very powerful exercise is to write a letter to anyone who has ever wronged you or hurt you in any way. Write a letter to them whether they are still living or passed on. No matter how long ago this person hurt you, even if it was early in your childhood, write the letter. Your subconscious does not know time. So you may think you are over it, but somewhere in your subconscious mind, you are not completely free from it.

Keep in mind when you write this letter, you are not writing it to send to them. This is for you and your healing, it is not for them. If you decide to send it to them, that is fine, but it is not at all necessary.

In this letter, let it all out. Don't hold back and try to by nice or spiritual or anything less than real and genuine. Bring up everything that they have ever done to you. You will be surprised about the things that will start coming up as you write. Most likely things will come up that you have completely forgotten about. Call them any names you want, express any violent actions you want to take on them. LET IT ALL OUT WITH ABSOLUTE FREEDOM AND NO RESTRAINT!

Continue to write these letters to everyone that you can think of, that you have EVER had resentful feelings towards. You don't have to do it in one day. Do it over time.

After you have written the letter, fold it up and put it away in a drawer for a few days. If you feel inner guidance to send it to that person, then send it. If you do not feel that need, then rip it up and throw it away.

You will be amazed at how much lighter and free you feel over the next several days and weeks after writing the letter. This exercise has worked absolute miracles for many of my clients and for myself personally.

The next letter exercises I encourage you to do, after the previous exercise, is to write apology letters to anyone you have hurt or wronged in any way and to write letters of forgiveness to anyone you are ready to forgive.

Then, after those letters, write letters of love and gratitude to anyone that you feel love and appreciation for. It is important to do the first two exercises first. Because only after you release the buried anger and resentment, can you feel the fullness of your heart and deep love. Again, you do not need to send these letters, unless you feel inner guidance to do so. These are for you and your healing.

And last is the most important letter to write. After you have written all of the previous letters, write yourself a letter. I would encourage you to follow the same order that I mentioned above. Start with any anger or resentment you have towards yourself. Then write the apology to yourself for any ways you have hurt, denied or wronged yourself. Then write the forgiveness to yourself. And then end with beautiful love and gratitude for yourself. I encourage you to include this all in one long letter to yourself.

When you finish, put it in a drawer for a few days, then tear it up and throw it away.

If you will take the time to do this, you will free your subconscious mind and emotional body from most, if not all, of the negative debris that you have accumulated over the years. You will then be free to love unconditionally and fearlessly. You will become a giant LOVE MAGNET!

YOU DESERVE LOVE! YOU DESERVE TO GIVE AND RECEIVE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY OF YOUR GLORIOUS LIFE!!! AND SO IT IS!!!

What You Choose To See Is What You Get

You always have the choice on how you look at
someone. However you choose to look
at that person is exactly what you will
see.

If you choose to see the negative personality
qualities or the physical flaws of a person,
then those qualities and traits will be
emphasized in your view. If however you choose
to see the opposite, then those positive traits
will be emphasized.

You have heard the term "What you see is what
you get". I would add to that term "What you
choose to see is what you get".

Choose to see the good and beauty in everyone
and you will always be surrounded by beautiful
and good people. You must first choose to see
the good and beauty in yourself.

One very powerful way to choose to see things
through new eyes and transform your beliefs
is by writing a new story for yourself. I
am talking metaphorically and literally at
the same time.

Increase Joy In Your Life Now!

How can you do more joyful activities?

One of the greatest keys to true happiness is
having an abundance of joy in your life.

What is joyful to you?
What adds joy to your life?

Really ask yourself that.
Grab a pen and paper and write down
everything that adds joy to your life.

Now write down the question:
"How can do more of these joyful activities
in my life?"

"How can I have more joy in my life?"

I would also encourage you to write and speak
out loud this affirmation every day:

"I am so happy and grateful now that I
allow an overflowing abundance of joy
to flow into my life easily and effortlessly.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."
