It's The Little Things That Make The Biggest Difference

Today I met up with a Homeless Outreach group and we went around Balboa Park, here in San Diego and handed out water, food and toiletries to the Homeless people in the park.

It reminded me of how important it is to stay aware and offer the little things to our brother and sister. It was such a beautiful thing to see these beautiful souls light up, when we approached them and offered them unexpected gifts. It completely made their day or even their week.

But more importantly than the 'stuff' we gave them, it was the acknowledgment that touched their heart. To have someone look them in the eye and smile. To have someone acknowledge their humanity. That is what helped them light up. I could feel their energy vibration raise.

I walk around different areas here a lot, by myself, and observe people. I love to people watch. And I often observe how people react in the presence of a homeless person. They look down or look away. They walk a little further out of alignment with the path they were walking, to not get too close. It is sad, but it is very common.

We must practice the awareness to remember that ALL human beings are our brothers and systems. You do not have to give them money, if you don't want to. But at least acknowledge their humanity. Acknowledge that they are ONE WITH YOU. We are all one! We are all connected.

I highly encourage you to start breaking yourself out of the small box of your individual reality and start expanding your awareness to a greater scale. Release your beliefs of separateness and mistrust of people. Start recognizing that we truly are all ONE. Start to look other human beings in the eye with a smile and acknowledge the beauty of their humanity and the beauty of their inner Soul.

With just one act of acknowledgment and appreciation with a smile and eye contact can completely shift a persons energy and change the course of their entire day and quite possibly their entire life. I know that may sound crazy that a moment of eye contact with a smile can change a person's life. But it can! That energy shift will change what they attract that day, and they may attract something or someone so powerful, it will change the course of their life. Begin to acknowledge and appreciate ALL of your Brothers and Sisters.

YOU ARE LOVE! I AM LOVE! WE ARE ALL LOVE! Help others recognize and connect to their truth, which is that they are LOVE!!!!

It's Always Your Choice

You always have the choice!

You choose whether to react or
maintain peace in any given
situation

You choose whether to give in to the
emotions of anger, sadness, jealousy
or other unempowering emotions

You choose who you spend your time with

You choose where you spend your time

You choose the actions you take or
don't take

You choose the thoughts that you carry
in your head

You choose to love unconditionally

You choose to smile

You choose the music that you listen to

You choose what you watch on T.V.

You choose to take time to meditate or
not

You choose the food that you put in your body

You choose to exercise or not

You choose your friends

You choose your relationship partners

It is always your choice!

Bless The World Through Giving

Bless The World Through Giving!

The ability to give is one of our
greatest gifts.

When we give, we make the world a better place.

When we give money, it is an affirmation of our
financial abundance.

When we give time, it is an affirmation that we
have more than enough time.

When we give a smile, a hug or a compliment, it
is an affirmation that we are overflowing with love.

Nothing feels better and creates happiness in our own lives,
than the act of giving.

If you only have $25, give someone who has less $5. Whatever
you give, will come back to you ten fold. It is important to
give, because you want to give, not to get back or get
something in return.

I encourage you to give something to someone that will
benefit from your gift, today. Donate to your favorite charity,
church, a stranger on the street or a friend or family member
on the street.

It doesn't have to be money that you give, it can be time, a smile,
an item, helping someone move or anything else that would benefit
another.

If you would like to give money, and don't know who you want to
give to, you can click on the image below to donate to "St. Judes
Children's Research Hospital". They are an incredible organization
dedicated to finding cures for children with cancer and other diseases.

Blessings!

An Attitude Of Gratitude

Have an attitude of gratitude every day!

So many people choose to focus on what's
missing from their lives, rather than all of
the gifts that they have in their life.

I use the word 'choose' to focus on what's
missing because it is always a choice.

You can choose to be grateful and
focus on the abundance of blessings in your
life.

Take time every day to be aware, and take
time to mentally or audibly say "Thank You".

Take time to say thank you for all of the many
blessings in your life.

Be grateful for the car that you drive, even
if you want a new one.

Be grateful for the people who love you, even
if they drive you crazy sometimes.

Be grateful for every meal that you eat.

Be grateful for the air that you breathe.

Be grateful for a smile that someone shared.

Be grateful for your work, even if you want
to change careers or jobs.

Be grateful for every dollar that you receive
and every dollar that you spend or give.

The more you find to be grateful for, the
more the Universe will shower you with
abundance.
