The Collective Consciousness

We are all one. We are part of one collective
consciousness.

The thoughts that we have, the emotions
we feel, the actions we take effect humanity
as a whole.

Many of us want to see a better, more positive
world. We are unhappy with the war, cruelty,
and negativity that we see in the world.

A common reaction to this, is to be angry and
to judge others for contributing to these
conditions. When you react to negativity
with negativity, you are contributing to
and adding to that mass consciousness
of negativity.

The only person that you have control
over is you.

Rather than focusing on how to change others
or judging others for their actions, focus on
your thoughts and actions. Ask yourself
how can I be better today, than I was yesterday?

As you become better yourself and hold thoughts
of love, joy and wanting the best for others and
for the world; you are then doing your part to
raise the collective consciousness and therefore
doing your part to improve the world that we
live in.

Make a conscious effort to live the following quote:

"You must be the change that you wish to see in
the world." -Mohandas Ghandi-

Really contemplate that quote and practice
applying those words to your life.

Remember change starts with you.

Blessings to you!
