What If Today Was Your Final Day To Live?

What if today was your final day to live?

  • What would you do?
  • Who would you call?
  • Who would you forgive?
  • Who would you thank?
  • How would you express yourself?
  • What regrets would you have?
  • Who would you feel resentful towards?
  • What would you be grateful for?
  • Who would you choose to spend your final moments with?
  • (Fill In The Blank, etc.....)
How can you do these things today? What actions or mental shifts can you make so that on your final day, you have no regrets and a heart full of love and gratitude?

I encourage you to write down the state you want your life to be in on your final day alive..... Then write what actions you need to take immediately to create that state in your life now.....
